What Is Paint Correction?
Paint correction is the process of permanently removing imperfections in your vehicle’s paint such as swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and holograms. Unlike basic polishing that uses fillers to temporarily hide defects, our paint correction service restores the clarity and depth of your paint by eliminating the defects at the surface level.

The result is a dramatically improved finish with enhanced gloss, depth, and reflection perfect as a preparation step before applying a ceramic coating.

Our Process
Paint correction is special to us here at Dapper. It is when you truly see your vehicle come back to life. We begin this process by stripping any harmful contamination from your vehicles paint and exterior. We then use a clay bar to remove embedded rocks, sand, and road grime from the clear coat to ensure we work on a clean surface. After this process is finished we begin to polish your paint to remove swirling and scratches. Using various compounds, polishes, and pads we work the paint to restore gloss and clarity. Once we finish the paint correction we like to apply a wax, sealant, or ceramic coating of your choosing to protect the new finish for years to come.
